Recipes - Cold Puddings - Cremora Tart



Ingredients:

3 cups cremora
1 cup water (very cold)
1 tin condensed milk
150 mls lemon juice

Crust:

1 packet tennis biscuits (crushed)
150 mls melted butter


Method:

Mix melted butter and tennis bisuits, line tart dish and sides.
Beat cremora with water (make sure that the water is ice cold)
add condensed milk and lemon juice. Pour into lined dish and refridgerate.
